Online Quiz

I look for them when I am bored, but about 98% are boring, suck, or both. Almost all have lame results. I mean, the way they explain them, ya know, "you will live to be 92 because...blah blah"

I took this one that had a hilarious ending. "What will your famous last words be?" I actually thought it was hilarious. Seeing as I used to be pretty daring in a car. Even if the car had no power.

Your Famous Last Words Will Be:

"I can pass this guy."

Boredom pt 1

So, I have no idea how to search for random blogs on this site. It is fairly frustrating. I hit "Next Blog" and get another useless blog in a foreign language OR I get a blog that appears as if someone is selling something. Why is their no blatantly obvious search engine for finding other blogs on this site? I had to go to google to search and found some funny ones, but only the "bloggerschoice" awards shit. Not some average everyday blog someone puts together. I want funny shit, real shit. Found one funny one by a writer: Why Women Hate Men. Absolutely HILARIOUS...then I just found some quiz shit. So, out of boredom, I filled some out. Damn, didn't know I was Snarky. I need to find that definition out.

"Bailout"

I don't follow it closely, but the general idea is that these companies are going under and don't have the funds to sustain. What do they want? Taxpayer's money. The money we pay this government. Our tax dollars.

Meanwhile these CEOs are flying their private jets to Washington. Why is it the American People's responsibility to bail them out? We buy their cars at extremely unreasonable prices. What is the problem? Oh, that is right. Businesses fuck the American People. They care about making money, but when American's don't have any and can not afford to buy their products, they beg for our Government officials to give them money (which in fact is our tax dollars, so they want us to pay for their vehicles, then pay even more for their pockets).

Why don't these people, CEOs, take care of THEIR responsibilities? If we don't make our car payments, we lose our cars. TAKE CARE OF YOUR FUCKING COMPANIES! STOP GIVING YOURSELVES UNREASONABLY HIGH SALARIES AND GIVE BACK TO YOUR FUCKING CORPORATION IF YOU CARE SO DAMN MUCH ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS....Or...Sell it to the government. I am sure they would do a better job.

I believe the bailout plans are a joke. I believe they fuck the American people. I personally would like to tell all of these CEOs to go fuck themselves, hang themselves, or possibly, maybe, they could stop living a life of luxury and live like their customers for a while. Maybe cut your salaries from 6 and 7 figures to maybe 5 figures for a few years. Do what the fuck is right. Sadly, they don't wanna give up THEIR paychecks to see their companies prosper. It is sick. The greed in America makes me nautious.

Fuck all of you that cannot manage your business and beg for help from tax payers when you fuck up! Fuck you all.

Johnny CEO - I pay my fucking taxes, I pay my expensive ass car payments, I support my family on the dirt salary I have to. Why can't you do the same? Repulsive pukes!

(I know, cursing and swearing comes off as unintelligent and so on, but if its ok to beg tax payers when you mess up, why is it so unintelligent to swear?)

Mike McCarthy -- Packers

13 Nov 08 Thursday

Mike McCarthy - - Packers

Category: Sports

Fox Sports released an article: 10 Worst Coaches of the Year ...for the NFL...And At NUMBER 6...Yours truly:
Mike McCarthy -- Packers
With Brett Favre at the helm, the Packers were one play from the Super Bowl. With Favre run off to New York, the Packers are 4-5 and in jeopardy of missing the playoffs. You have to blame McCarthy and general manager Ted Thompson for Favre's absence. Aaron Rodgers has been pretty damn good. He's not the problem. Apparently he's not the answer either. McCarthy wanted to be the big hero for letting Favre go. Well, now McCarthy and Thompson look like fools.

American Hero

American Hero
Category: News and Politics

Let me start by saying that a majority of my blogs are started by little "triggers". I read something, hear something, or even just see an act of something and it sets my mind off into a tangent or rant. This blog is no different than most.

Now, the term "American Hero" is the subject. This is not particularily about an American Hero. Here is how this blog's birth came about.

I opened my webpage, the homepage was charter communications and they had something about Babe Ruth's plaque from Yankee Stadium being moved, and I went to baberuth.com.I clicked on "biography" and in the middle of the first paragraph I read this,"The Ruths had a total of eight children, but only two survived past infancy: a daughter named Mamie and a son named George, Jr.--the boy who would grow up to be an American hero."

Here is the Tangent-Mind-Rant that lingers in my head awaiting to escape. A few questions and comments and if you read this and give a shit you can answer them if you can.

Why is the term American Hero used so LIGHTLY?What do YOU consider an American Hero?andWhy the fuck are Sports figures considered "American" Heros? Why aren't they called what they should be, "American" Role Models?

Yes, his career was amazing and great and so on and so forth, but this guy, George Herman Ruth Jr. is NOT an American Hero. He is an ICONIC Baseball player and a Legend of Baseball.
When I think of American Hero I think of American Soldiers. Not me personally or many of the soldiers I served with. Yes, they are heros in a sense, but when I think "Hero" I think larger-than-life. I think guys who went above and beyond what we, as soldiers, normally do. Not to take anything away with what we normally do in adverse conditions, it is fucking amazing the shit we can withstand and do when we have to.

The first name that pops into my mind when I think of an American Hero is Audie Murphy. Mostly because his popularity and publicity since his return from WWII. Most of us know him as "the most decorated soldier" of WWII. If you do some research you will find other soldiers, not necessarily from that war, that have been more decorated, but the point remains: He is, and always will be, a true, real, American Hero. When I think of American Hero I think of Lawrence Joel. He was a medic in Vietnam. He saved a lot of lives after his unit was ambushed by over 1,200 Viet Cong soldiers. That is an American Hero.I think of that book filled with names of Medal of Honor recipients who went above and beyond for others.THAT is a hero. Not some drunk guy who played some sport for money, certainly not sports figures of this generation who, in my opinion, over half of them do it for the money and not the game. Figures like Boxers who retired 87 times and come back because they can't budget their hundreds of millions of dollars (Good going Mike Tyson, went from $300 million, after prison time, to bankrupt), I think of Alex Rodriguez who plays purely for money. I remember him signing the largest contract in baseball history (at that time) for the Texas Rangers.

At any rate, the term is used far too loosely in this country. Baseball Hero, or whatever sport you define the person in is one thing, but American Hero? That is fucking insulting to the soldier's who died for this country's freedom. It is insulting for the people who FOUNDED this country, preserved this country, and bled for a better America. Those are heros. Not some fucking asshole who could swing a bat, or throw a baseball, or shoot a basketball. Sorry Jordan, sorry Ruth, sorry Favre; You are not fucking heros! When you use that popularity and money to bring change to this country and this world in a bigger sense than a sport, you will earn that title, "American Hero."

The End.

Assisted Suicide

Assisted Suicide

Category: News and Politics

Some places now made it official and LEGAL to have assisted suicide.

Another "Christian Nation" thing.

I did not point this out in my previous post on topics. I believe in the separation of Church and state like the founders of this nation did. So my questions are not for those with these beliefs...just hypotheticals.

So, Christianity teaches that murder (committing suicide is murder, you are murdering yourself)...thou shalt not kill. So, why would Christians vote FOR, assisted suicides? Allowing other people to help people kill themselves?

According to Christianity, this is wrong and should not be supported.

My stance: I am FOR assisted suicide. We put animals "down" when they are ill or in pain to stop their suffering and I see no reason why we shouldn't be allowed to do the same for humans that are suffering. We can more closely relate to pain with other humans so wouldn't it be inhumane to make someone who doesn't want to suffer, to continue suffering?

With my belief in separation of church and state, and this nation being a humane nation, or so it SHOULD be, I believe that a person should have the right to assist in ending suffering for a fellow human. This should not have even had to be voted on.
It is constitutional, correct?
It should be legal in all states.

I am for assisted suicide.

Gay Marriage

Gay Marriage
Category: News and Politics

So, as California Bans Gay marriage, I think, Wow.

California being a pretty liberal place in the United States I am a bit shocked, but shouldn't be.
Let's think about THIS: America is generally a Christian nation. Now if most citizens claim to be Christian why was this even as close as it was? How did 4 million+ people vote FOR Gay Marriage to pass and stay legal? How?IF YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN you know that marriage is between ONE MAN and ONE WOMAN. Is it unclear? Not really. It is pretty plain and simple. SO HOW CHRISTIAN IS THIS NATION? How Christian ARE these Self-Proclaimed Christians?
Personally, I am not a Christian. Once was, but with so much I've seen, it is hard to believe. Yes, I believe a man named Jesus Christ existed, yes he was Jewish, No he is not the son of an invisible man. No his mother was not a virgin, blah blah, lets just say, I am not a Christian.
My view on Gay Marriage - I could care less. I don't support Gay Marriage, but at the same time, I don't object to it.It has no effect on me as an American. If that is what they want then all the better in their strive for in.Would I vote for or against a ban? No, I would abstain from the vote.

For a Christian to Support Gay marriage, by their religion, it would be a sin in itself to support such a grave sin. So, I am baffled that this didn't get swept away. Or maybe the statistics are wrong and this is a mostly agnostic/atheist nation now?

If there is any Christian out there reading this, let me know how you don't consider it a sin to support Gay Marriage.

Thoughts on Obama and 2008 Election

Some thoughts on Obama, 2008, Election

I have always been interested in a low level about politics. I followed elections since I was in school. Bush's first election against Gore, which was actually not an election considering the guy who lost the election became President. I followed Bush's re-election against a candidate who was simply not inspiring.

This election I followed from September 2007 after returning from Iraq until the day I voted. For the first time in 3 elections (that I was mature enough to understand what was going on...sure I followed Bill Clinton's re-election against Dole and Perot when I was little, school pushes for kids to learn about their country, but definitely not mature enough to create my own opinions and ideas about candidates)...I was naturally inspired by a candidate.

I am strong on opinions. I can have a laid back approach and humbleness about them at times, but sometimes I am far from humble. In 2000 I definitely leaned towards Bush, but not strongly. This election from start to finish I was inspired by Barack Obama. For those of you who know me personally you know that I am very critical of African American citizens, Criminals, and Social Parasites of all races. You know I wouldn't vote for a black candidate unless I felt he was far superior to that of his opponent. I am no bigot, but I am definitely critical. (If you read my blog on Rodney King, you understand)

I followed the polls daily. I saw Barack Obama with an insane lead in the polls and yet...I still didn't believe he would win. I just simply couldn't imagine. I am sure if he ran against Bush he would have lost. How could he defeat a guy who would cheat? A guy who would send American's to an Unjust War to DIE for their country without cause. I doubt he would have beat Bush. I am sure he would have had more votes, but I definitely think it would have been rigged like 2000.So, in shock really, I saw the most inspiring candidate in my short life, WIN.I've looked into campaigns and elections all the way back to Kennedy's election and nothing as inspiring as John F Kennedy and Robert Kennedy has really existed since...until 2007-2008. Barack Obama didn't win because of his experience. He won because of his Inspiration to MILLIONS..black and white. Asian, Hispanic...I just find it shocking that when you hear so many people that still look at black people in a different light. So many, myself included, are hesitant to give black people a fair look the first time. Takes a moment longer to open up and see them as equal. I guess, appearance matters when looking at someone different. You are hesitant to pass judgement on those who are different until you truly know them, but with those so similar, fellow white people, judgement is passed so quickly by appearance. At least for me.
This election might come off to black people as a victory for them, but it is definitely not. It is a victory for Americans. Statistically, Black people are still a minority, there are so many more white people than black people. If every white person voted for McCain and every black person for Obama, McCain would have won. So, I hope that African Americans SEE THAT. And see that They did not vote for Obama alone, WE, Americans, voted for Barack Obama. We truly did follow King's words "judged not by the color of their skin, but the contents of their character."Thanks to those who voted for Obama...It is about time someone inspired America again.

Beginning of President-Elect Barack Obama's Speech 11/4/2008

Beginning of President Elect Barack Obama’s Speech 11/4/2008 And more...
Courtesy of http://www.huffingtonpost.com/

"If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible; who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time; who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer. "

"It's the answer told by lines that stretched around schools and churches in numbers this nation has never seen; by people who waited three hours and four hours, many for the very first time in their lives, because they believed that this time must be different; that their voice could be that difference."

"It's the answer spoken by young and old, rich and poor, Democrat and Republican, black, white, Latino, Asian, Native American, gay, straight, disabled and not disabled - Americans who sent a message to the world that we have never been a collection of Red States and Blue States: we are, and always will be, the United States of America."

And some other great parts of his speech:

But above all, I will never forget who this victory truly belongs to - it belongs to you.

...proved that more than two centuries later, a government of the people, by the people and for the people has not perished from this Earth. This is your victory.

I know you didnt do this just to win an election and I know you didnt do it for me. You did it because you understand the enormity of the task that lies ahead. For even as we celebrate tonight, we know the challenges that tomorrow will bring are the greatest of our lifetime - two wars, a planet in peril, the worst financial crisis in a century. Even as we stand here tonight, we know there are brave Americans waking up in the deserts of Iraq and the mountains of Afghanistan to risk their lives for us.

The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep. We may not get there in one year or even one term, but America - I have never been more hopeful than I am tonight that we will get there. I promise you - we as a people will get there.

And above all, I will ask you join in the work of remaking this nation the only way its been done in America for two-hundred and twenty-one years - block by block, brick by brick, calloused hand by calloused hand.

As Lincoln said to a nation far more divided than ours, 'We are not enemies, but friends...though passion may have strained it must not break our bonds of affection.' And to those Americans whose support I have yet to earn - I may not have won your vote tonight, but I hear your voices, I need your help, and I will be your President too.

And to all those watching tonight from beyond our shores, from parliaments and palaces to those who are huddled around radios in the forgotten corners of our world - our stories are singular, but our destiny is shared, and a new dawn of American leadership is at hand. To those who would tear this world down - we will defeat you. To those who seek peace and security - we support you. And to all those who have wondered if America's beacon still burns as bright - tonight we proved once more that the true strength of our nation comes not from our the might of our arms or the scale of our wealth, but from the enduring power of our ideals: democracy, liberty, opportunity, and unyielding hope.

America, we have come so far. We have seen so much. But there is so much more to do. So tonight, let us ask ourselves - if our children should live to see the next century...what change will they see? What progress will we have made?

From Legend to Pathetic

From Legend to Pathetic

So, we see all of these reality shows with people that were once "bigger than life" or (attach other cliche saying about super famous people and the spotlight here)....and it shouts out DESPERATION. Reality TV Fanatics don't see it that way because they eat this shit up and love the drama.

Brett Michaels - Former member of Poison, ya know Great "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" - that song will never die and to reality tv lovers, he is still all that and a bag of chips, but to people that see beyond it and see a bigger picture. He is a pathetic man. This man once played great music and has stooped to an all time LOW to: 1) make money, 2) Get Laid, and 3) the biggest reason why Super-Egos with past fame make these shows - To get BACK into the Spotlight. It is amazing what a fiend will do to get back what they miss. It is like doing Heroin once...gotta do it again, and again and again...go thru detox, your clean, you get a wiff...a chance...you take it, and again and again ...which explains Rock of Love...he got his taste, "ah, I loved it ,....give me more!!!!!!!" - so comes Rock of Love 2...

It is sad to see a man who didn't have to do anything, but his talent to get some money and ass along with fame and spotlight. Now ...he uses his 80s rep to get a show...its just sad...
Now we got the oh so great 50 Cent making a reality show? This screams out "I lost the spotlight, I am not the shit anymore....I want it back...News, media, attention...yes yes yes" - Blah fucking blah

Will all of you past celebrities stop being such Gluttons...Gluttony, for you christians...is a sin...They can't get enough fucking money and attention....Egos...yada yada..
Do us all a favor...once you lose the spotlight...and decide you want back in it...GO KILL YOURSELVES!...you'll be in the spotlight, but not discrediting your allustrious careers of the past....

Vote No to reality tv.

Rodney King - Disgrace

23 Oct 08 Thursday

Rodney King - Disgrace
Current mood: jedi Category: News and Politics

Well, my wife reminded me of this horrific Nigger tonight. Before getting pissed off and calling me an evil bigot and racist, let me break down something.

I am not a racist and believe DEEPLY that there is a difference between a black (or if you prefer African-American) person and a Nigger.Same goes for white people and white trash, mexicans and spics and so on.

Now I continue: This Nigger, Rodney King, is on MTV or whatever for this Celebrity Rehab shit with Dr Love or whoever...I don't watch reality shit, but anyway. Why is Rodney King a "Celebrity"? Is it because a bunch of racist Cops beat his ass (which he deserved)?
I am very much BOYCOTTING the term "celebrity". It is over used. Famous and celebrity should be definitely separated.

Some DRUG ADDICTED Nigger should NOT be considered for any shows like this or anymore MONEY being GIVEN to him. Why?Let us review this man's criminal history and lifestyle. He was a drug addict THEN and he is a drug addict NOW. Why was he given money for an ass beating he deserved?

HOW MANY OF YOU would have beat a guys ass if (hypothetical) you were able to stop him after he drove through your neighborhood at speeds of over 100 MPH? Let's say you have kids...Would you not be pissed off?I would be pissed and I imagine the police were pissed (I think the video showed that clearly, huh?)I personally believe that it didn't matter if he was Black or White...that fucker was GOING TO GET HIS ASS BEAT. The difference is...IF he was White...He would not have gotten such attention and we would not have any clue who this guy is. He wouldn't even be on this show. He'd call in to get on the show and they'd be like, "Rodney who?...we're not interested"

This guy is a Criminal and a Drug Addict. Look up the guy, do some research. Fucking guy is a disgrace to anyone who is not just Black, but American. He is a disgrace to L.A., California, the United States, and the Human Race. He is a disgrace to humanity and hope one day justice falls upon him. If he were to Overdose...I would probably celebrate, call in sick for work, and treat it as a personal Holiday.

In the words of Seth on American History X - "Fuck that nigger!"

Oh and on a Lighter note...If you are reading this and care about your country: Vote for Barack Obama on November 4th. I am and you should too. (No Sarcasm in that either)

Calling Timeout - Football.

12 Oct 08 Sunday

Poor Sportsmanship in American Football - The Split-Second Timeout During a Field Goal Attempt Current mood: annoyed

This is probably the most unethical and GRIMY strategy ever done. Tonight the Arizona Cardinal's head coach called timeout a split second BEFORE the snap of a Dallas Cowboy field goal attempt with 4 seconds left in the game and his team up 24-21. The bad news for HIM is that his defense BLOCKED the field goal, but since he called timeout the play didn't count (they were on a timeout at that time...). So, they line up for the field goal attempt and this time the Cowboys field goal attempt at 52 yards was GOOD.
I am GLAD that this type of strategy got what was coming to it.
Had he NOT called timeout this game would have been OVER with his team winning 24-21. No overtime would have been needed.
Overtime: Dallas receives the ball to start overtime. The Arizona special teams blocks the punt and scores 6 to win on the blocked punt.
The Special Teams SAVES the Arizona Cardinals.
The point being, that dirty tactic NEARLY cost them the game. It definitely put them in a bad spot with Dallas getting the ball in overtime.
They need to put a rule against split second time outs. You either are calling a time out, or you are not. Calling it that close is ridiculous....AT LEAST they should have to review it. They should review from the booth EVERY split-second time out to ENSURE that the coach called the time out prior to the snap..because once that ball leaves the ground on a snap, the play is on...so they definitely should review it...if you are going to be grimy you should be ready to be penalized. I mean, its just poor sportsmanship.

Why I Am Voting (Voted) For Barack Obama

11 Oct 08 Saturday

Why I am voting for Barack Obama

1) Ross Perot is too old and not running. -- haha, yea totally different views I guess.
2) He is young, knowledgable, educated, and decisive.
3) He has what it takes to lead. He is INSPIRING. Do your research on him...how much dirt can you find that is legite? - Probably none.
4) His "Plans" (whether he follows through or not) are great. He has a lot of great things going...
-----
On John McCain - 8 years ago, I wanted HIM to run as the Republican candidate. Sadly, the Horrific G.W.B won that nomination and election for Pres...sad . McCain was honorable and still is to most extent. Go read about him on Wikipedia. The way he was 25 years ago...he was the MAN. Someone bucked up to him calling him a carpet bagger and he put the guy in his place...letting him know his background as a Military family member (third Generation Servicemember) and that the place he lived the Longost was Hanoi (Vietnam...as a P.O.W.)
The Biggest reason why I am not voting for McCain is because he has changed his ways of politics...he used to be that "Maverick", but not anymore. He isn't who he was even 8 years ago. He can't admit he was wrong for siding with the Iraq War and only dwells on the success of the Surge, which I really don't call that a success...the way the war was going, it wasn't anything to do with the surge. We kicked ASS BEFORE THE SURGE...Support your troops, because they need it and deserve it....McCain Pre-Iraq would definitely be one of the biggest role models of our time...easily. He REFUSED special treatment and early release from Captivity. That is admirable. Refusing release until all others before him were released...withstanding 5 years as a POW for that....Honorable...
He is simply too fucking old to be our president in a time like this...8 years ago, I would have voted for him...He is the BEST Republican Candidate since Reagan...EASILY the best Candidate since Reagan. It is unfortunate that Bush had 8 years in office and ruined this country because it ruined McCain's chances of Sweeping this election....if Iraq War hadn't happened....McCain probably would win OVERWHELMINGLY regardless of his opponent...he probably still will win...his dirty tactics are working lol.....So, VOTE OBAMA...but don't bash on John S. McCain...he has done his part, but his part at this time, is not President. It is timing ya know....you have your "Window of Opportunity" and he missed his. That's how I feel. I want a president that could possibly hold 2 terms and be HEALTHY enough to lead us...he'd be 80 at his 2nd term...that is absolutely ridiculous...sorry John, you are too old...as I once was too young to vote...your are just too old to be voted for.

American Tragedies

29 Sep 08 Monday

American Tragedies

I'll continue to edit this as I think of some tragic shit in America;big ones, ya know? Controversial. I get a lot of time to think at work as my work doesn't require much thinking at times.

1. The Kennedy Assassination - My opinion: The American Government assassinated its own president. Unbelievable! Not really.

2. The Entire Rodney King Event/Situation - My opinion: The man was a drug addicted CRIMINAL. He was high on PCP driving over 100 MPH and attacked a group of policemen and was then awarded money and freed of charges because they used "excessive" force. Who is to say what is excessive? Black people? White people? - No...but answer THIS...if you were outside your front door watching your kids play on the sidewalk and a car came flying by your home at 100+ MPH...would you be pissed? Would you want to beat the shit out of the driver? Would you want that person off the streets? - My guess is that you would answer YES...regardless of skin color...if Rodney King was white...he would have STILL got his ass beat...the difference is...he wouldn't have gotten money and freedom for it...The race card would have never been pulled. (Then again, I believe that those policemen WERE racist fucks, so even though he deserved his ass beating, they didn't belong on the force anyway probably...but whatever)

3. The Election and Re-Election of President George W. Bush - Another great tragedy. 8 years of horrific downfall for America. Do we need to touch on this really? 9-11 (Can we really rule out a conspiracy at this point? Maybe not)...Downfall on the Economy...4100+ Dead American soldiers...Osama Bin Laden still not captured...More troops in Iraq than Afghanistan...the list goes on and on...

4. The Assassination of Bobby Kennedy/Assassination of MLK - Yea, pretty tragic events, but they probably don't top the above 3. It is not like these are in order. They just come to mind.

5. September 11th, 2001 - If you don't know what happened on that date and you are American, go jump off the Sears Tower, please.

6. Operation Iraqi Freedom - Biggest waste of American Military Force in more than 25 years. Too many soldiers died for? What?

7. The Return of Vietnam War Vets From Their Tour of Duty - The American people have never been a sicker, more demented, fucked up, population ever before this war. Degrading soldiers, spitting on them, and shunning them for performing their duties.
The American people in the 60's and 70's is the biggest disgrace in Generations in the history of this country. These soldiers did not CHOOSE this war. They follow orders. They sign up OR are drafted to do what their country (well, government) has asked. That is a soldier's job: Do as ordered. Why degrade them? They are not in charge of that shit. And in a place of combat you do what is necessary to survive...so whatever they had to do to survive (whether it be killing women and children....) I wouldn't hold against them...MOST people would do ANYTHING to survive and make it back to THEIR families...if I had a choice between MY life...and a kid or woman I don't know...I'd choose MY life...sorry..I'd do what I had to at that point.

8. The Patriot Act - A piece of legislature that allows the government and law enforcement to pretty much DO AS THEY WANT...without needing permission or warrants to gain information (such as walk in your house and search your home...emails, telephone records, medical information and much more)...The IDEA was good...(The idea is to prevent terrorism), but with all good things...there is bad...like giving up your Civil liberties...Giving more power to the government than to the people...and much of the bill was considered UNCONSTITUTIONAL...it has been revised and is more suitable, yet the Patriot act breeches constitutional rights. - Russell Feingold (WI), in a Senate floor statement, claimed that the provision "falls short of meeting even basic constitutional standards of due process and fairness [as it] continues to allow the Attorney General to detain persons based on mere suspicion".
More tragedies to come as they come to mind...and I am sure more tragic shit will occur before Bush leaves office...I am sure he will fuck American's beyond recognition yet.

(Forgive me for the "..." punctuation. Sometimes I ramble and it becomes more of a pouring out of thoughts and grammar flies out the window. Great use of cliches there, huh?)
